Crackley Hall School’s Choral Group entertained busy shoppers at Leamington’s Royal Priors Shopping Centre on Saturday afternoon. Musicians as young as eight years old volunteered to spend an hour singing a wide repertoire of choral numbers under the expert guidance of Director of Music Mrs Susan Olden. Individual singing and instrumental performances enchanted the public who were very generous with their applause.

Head teacher Mr Paul Ryan commented,

‘This is a wonderful way for our young musicians to share their talents with a new audience. A really good crowd stoppped to listen. The children thoroughly enjoyed the occasion especially with the treat of an ice cream afterwards.’

Pupils at the Coventry Road School are now busy preparing for their Easter Musical Concert.
