Princethorpe College Head Mr Ed Hester will be leading a team of six members of staff who are taking on the challenge of running this year’s Leamington Regency 10k.The recently appointed Head who is a keen footballer and former Oxford Blue cricketer is modestly predicting himself a forty five minute finishing time for the race which is to be held on April 11th.

‘I am very pleased to be taking part in the event which supports many excellent charities. I hope that all my training has done me some good. It’s great that this year sees so many of Princethorpe’s dedicated staff taking onboard the challenge.’

Veteran marathon runners Catherine Warne and Emma Litterick will be using the 10k race as a final build up to their Spring Marathon Endeavours. The two teachers will be running both London and Edinburgh marathons in full Princethorpe uniform in a bid to raise over £1000 for the charity Hope for Children.
